Sparkplug was met at Old Chateau, where Pianis was resting for the night. He took a liking to Crystallux there and was accidentally caught by Pianis. Pianis had originally planned to release him, but then found he could become an Ice type by possessing a refrigerator. Sparkplug agreed to this and became a permanent member of the team. Relationships
Sparkplug has a crush on Crystallux, who he refers to as his "Master" and identifies as female. Crystallux refuses to comment on this situation.
