Bio and History

Hecate, unlike many of her evolutionary line, is a vegetarian. After a fairly traumatic experience when Lady Black demonstrated soul-Burning to Hecate on a passing Sentret. Hecate, unwilling to harm another living creature showed that Litwick (and their evolutions by extension) can "burn" plant matter to fuel their flames.
