Basic History
Dune's starter Pokémon, as a Magnemite Galvani was found near death after an ill fated attempt to connect to Phenac City's power grid. Although he healed to almost full physical health, he lost the ability to vocalize properly and has since communicated in beeps and whistles. Despite his goofy attitude and laid back look on life, Galvani has great reserves of power than can be called on in an emergency.
His speech has been returning to normal as he is continually exposed to the odd magnetic storms of the Holon region.
