Jeff is a 16 year old trainer from Hoenn. He had general Psychic abilities, though these were limited by his inexperience and got nerfed to just telepathy, preserving his understanding of Monese. His father was brought to insanity and eventually suicide due to a member of Meme's family. He is a PEFE researcher-in-training (1 of 3 required tests completed, though part of it was off-screen due to time constraints with Silent). He is also sometimes known as Sixth, his primary online pseudonym (this came about due to other players used to calling the player Sixth calling the character such, and the player just rolling with it).
