Lazarus is a cyborg trainer who was originally an aspect of Munn before being excised from his mindscape, only to later antagonize the J-Team by kidnapping Samantha during the Hoenn-2 arc. Ruthlessly cunning and evil, he is constantly seeking to perfect his Fear Toxin.
