Nicknamed 'Dame Dissonance'. Dissonance is regularly adorned with a variety of bows, ribbons and decorative flowers amongst her presence. Dissonance is like a sadistically evil clown in that she gets her thrills from playing pranks upon others, some more dangerous than others. She is rather lazy, resulting in her pranks generally being rather predictable after a few times. Her ability is Prankster.
