Slashkreyd is a Sandslash from the Dream World who ended up crossing over to the Waking World unwittingly while the J-Team was in Castelia City. Though initially wanting to return to the Dream World, he ended up deciding to stick with Sholto's team. He is also especially not fond of rain or water in general, but is willing to endure it in some situations.

Slashkreyd spent this arc in Challenger's Cave. On April Fool's Day, he and Leia ended up kissing each other and, subsequently, transforming into each others' species. Whether anything happened afterwards between them is currently unknown.

• Originally due to their shared history of being from the Dream World and coming to the Waking World unwillingly, he and Leia were quite close and possibly interested in a romantic relationship with each other, though not much is known of their relationship after the April Fool's day fiasco.
• He and Glöckchen were one of the pairs that ended up spending a day together. Subsequently, he's ended up one of her favorite targets to torment.
• He considers Tagg an acquaintance and the human he knows best besides Sholto.
