Agnetha is Ingrid Anderson's Audino, and the fourth Pokemon she acquired on her journey.

Personality

Out of the first four Pokemon on Ingrid's team, Agnetha is arguably the most like her namesake in terms of general personality. She also serves as a direct foil to Annafrid-- as well as to the entire rest of the team. While Frida is extremely dramatic, theatrical, and confident, Agnetha is reserved and modest, and prefers to stay as far away as possible from drama and conflict. While Bjorn is extroverted and cheerful, Agnetha is extremely shy and lonely. While Benny is a stern-faced military man who usually prefers to solve conflicts with his fists, Agnetha is a kindhearted and motherly healer who doesn't really battle all that much. The list only goes on from there, but in short, Agnetha is everything that Ingrid was before meeting Frida. She is extremely shy and timid, and much prefers to stay away from the limelight at all costs, to the point where the only way she doesn't get massive stage fright when singing in front of hundreds of thousands of people is if her Trainer and teammates are in the audience. Out of the A*Team, Agnetha is also the most pessimistic and sensitive, often not having that much faith in certain situations working out and going into full-blown panic attacks at the mere indication of drama or conflict stewing up amongst the rest of the A*Team-- or even among total strangers. She is also, notably, the only member of the A*Team to take Benny completely seriously (though this is mostly because she is absolutely terrified of him). However, she receives nothing but support from the rest of the group, most notably Frida, who encourages her, in much the same way as she did Ingrid, to come out of her shell and experience life. Of course, however, given her pessimistic and neurotic view of the world, Agnetha almost always refuses unless someone else tells her otherwise that there is absolutely nothing wrong. When she's not freaking out over something, however, Agnetha is arguably the most level-headed and kindhearted of the entire group, often serving as a motherly figure to the rest of the A*Team-- and to Ingrid herself. In battle, Agnetha doesn't really do much-- at least, not in terms of the actual "battling" part. She mainly serves as the group's resident cleric-- though of course, given her species, this is to be expected. When she does use physical moves, it's almost always either her copying the opponent's moves with After You or as a last resort-- literally, in her case, since she knows the move Last Resort.

Trivia

  • Agnetha was named after Agnetha Faltskog, one of the four members of the Swedish pop band ABBA.
  • According to Goldenheart388, Agnetha's Hasslemon handle is angelEyes (AE). Like the handles of the other four, the handle serves as a pun on an ABBA song; in this case, that song is "Angel Eyes" off of the Voulez-Vous album. However, angels are also associated with healing, which Audino are known for.
  • According to Goldenheart388, Agnetha's character theme is "Super Trouper" by ABBA.
