Benny is the Ampharos who works as the assist driver for the Magnet Train in the Original Timeline concurrent to the Kanjoh-2 arc. He met Woolly and her flock when his train had to stop mid-way Johto and the Rt.32's flock was coincidentally looking for a way to travel to the Johto Safari Zone pastures.
His NPC handler is VeniaSilente.
