Echo Lingua

Echo (Real name Leng Qiu, in pinyin Lěng Qiū, in simplified Chinese 冷秋) was the former leader of the Illusion Project prior to its disbandment following the Ranger-2 Arc.

Biography

Echo has seen the pain, the suffering, the cruelty, and the stupidity in the world, and has lost faith in humanity. She created the Illusion Project to find a way to right these wrongs on a massive scale. Not much is known about her or her methods, but they're aimed to minimize conflict.

Appearance

Although Echo is 29, she looks like she's in her early twenties. She wears clothes specifically chosen to make her seem ordinary. She has short black hair and deep brown eyes. She wears a necklace with what seems to be an opal in it.
