Personality

Emperor is incredibly eccentric, and his actions rarely seem to follow any sort of logic. However, there is usually a hug/tackle involved.

For his own reasons, Emperor appears to be under the impression that the trees in the world are collectively part of an elaborate conspiracy. There are a number of humans and Pokemon that he does not trust, believing them to be either trees in disguise or agents of the trees.

Abilities in Battle

Emperor is very capable of sustained defense, but is not nearly as strong on offense. He has no strategy, preferring to repeatedly rush the opponent.
