Fishy is a Swampert who was bred as part of Hoenn's Starter Program. He joined Sholto's team after sort-of helping Birch deal with a wild Poochyena that attacked him (again). Fishy gets flustered pretty easily in battle, but is trying to work on this, as he wants to be seen as a capable team member.
