Jill

Jill is a Dratini-EX and a friend of Tagg's, who he met after she came to the OU from the Temporal World after a disturbance and joined him on his quest during Ranger-2.

Trivia

• Jill is not her actual name and instead is a nickname based on her title since her true name is said in an incomprehensible tongue unintelligible with standard Draconic.
• Jill was the first EX mon to be granted the status without having anything to do with Hearts of Gold.
