Marcus C. Rothchild is a Galarian spy currently in service to Maria von Boehm at Neo-Flare, though formerly he was affiliated with Mathilde and Neo-Illusion. He is very orderly, calculated, regimented, aloof, business minded, and treats everything as a if it were job. Despite his polite exterior and his air of formality, he has no regards for ethics or morals if they get in the way of the task at hand. He is the object of his bosses affections, though he could care less about matters of romance and is more focused on dealing with the obscene amounts of paperwork she has him file.
He is also very skilled in close quarters hand-to-hand combat. Where he picked up his field talents is a mystery to everyone.
