POSEO (Planning and Operational Support for Evil Overlords) is an internet board in the Pokéverse that, as the name implies, give planning and operational support for Evil Overlords, be they in training or already established. Some minor bad guys and punch clock villains consult in the forums for various subjects, though only their Weaponry sub-forum has been showed onscreen.
Mina and Jemma are members of the board, though Jemma does not know of Mina's identity.
