Team Nova is an Exploration Team formed by Doc, Crochet, Limna, and Thresher during PMD-R, denoted by their lime green scarves. They came up with the name due to the fact that most of their number were from Unova. During the course of the arc, they found that Mystery Dungeons were showing up in PMD-B due to the power of the shards.
