We have templates for links to other wikis: tvt for links to TvTropes articles, tvtpost for links to the RP and bp for links to Bulbapedia.
All standard features of a Mediawiki install (à-la-Wikipedia, but not that awesome) work.
Copypaste some useful symbols: é ♂ ♀ ☆ ¥ Ꝑ

You see the Current Events link over in the sidebar? Use that page for recent happenings IRP. It's in serious need of update/usage.
