Personality
He is clingy and strange. Andy's speech features an odd, fake [Scandinavian] accent with bad grammar and pronunciation. He laughs like a certain character from a children's puppet show.
History
Channah obtained Andy in the beginning of the Galar Arc, when he hitched a ride along and demanded to be captured, going so far as to use Korexis' pokéball to capture himself.
He evolved into a Lemon Cream Alcremie after Channah's gym battle with Raihan, using a Berry Sweet he found somewhere.

- Andy is named after PC Andy Davidson from Torchwood.
- Milcery are supposed to be female, but who knows what's going on with Andy.
