Gaspard Macraul
Gaspard Macraul is an adolescent member of the Macraul Family. The son of the family's public heads Paul and Anna Macraul, he is among the youngest of the family's active collectors at 15 years old. He collects unusual variants of Eevees.
Appearance
Gaspard is a slim, sullen teenager whose personal aesthetic is as elaborate as it is dark. Much like his other relatives, he has a fondness for wearing bespoke formalwear and is always impeccably and immaculately dressed. He is often accompanied by his umbreons, an elite group that display colors that would make people think they were different eeveelutions from a distance, or by his primary partner, Lamarck. Although born with his father's green hair, he usually dyes it to a purplish black.
Personality
Gaspard is a cold and calculating adolescent who uses this mere appearance to cow underlings and rivals into submission. He is usually very stoic and emotes in a manner many common bystanders consider creepy. He has an unusual (and very dark) sense of humor and has a tendency to repeat himself. He looks down on commoners and finds great joys in putting them in their place, usually by defeating them in video games. He also likes to pull rank much like any other spoiled rich kid, though he's yet to develop the cruel streak of his famous ancestors. Most of his employees indulge and placate him often out of fear of retribution, though a few closer to him have been motivated largely out of pity for his isolation. On the outside, his off-putting and commanding presence is enough to goad people to do what he wants and make potential rivals think twice. Excellent artisan skill (or gaming prowess) is usually enough to impress him.
He speaks both Kalosian and Galarian, the latter with an antiquated, aristocratic, and monotonous tone of voice peppered with vocabulary words not usually found in the lexicon of an adolescent. He, like most family members, is willing to go through great lengths to get what he wants. A polymath like many of his relatives, he is bookish and shows a deep, almost disturbing fascination with the natural sciences.He sees collecting as a natural thing for Macrauls though thinks rather lowly of anyone who would break into other people's homes and take their stuff.
Behind his sullen exterior, however, he otherwise behaves remarkably like an ordinary teenager and is fond of many of the same things his contemporaries enjoy. He is an online gamer who is especially fond of Battle Royale games like [Fortnite], which he plays extensively. Likewise, he also enjoys superhero media and has amassed a modest collection of rare and expensive action figures and comics. Once they get past the creepy child part, most people can freely talk about things like superhero movies, Capumon, and [Fortnite] with him like they would any other teenager.
Biography
Born to a sheltered life of anachronistic privilege, the young Gaspard has taken up his family's hobby of collecting early. Having been gifted an eevee, Lamarck, for his birthday by a wealthy relative, he has taken a keen interest in eevees, their genetic diversity, and their evolutionary potential, amassing an army of eeveelutions left to the care of handlers on his parents' payroll in the countryside estates. Lamarck has since evolved into a delta umbreon, the leader of a pack of unusually colored umbreon he keeps close to his person and who have been recruited as part of his family's extensive security system.
He studies in a boarding school in Galar for much of the rest of the year. To accommodate this, his parents recruited his previously disowned older brother Louis to act as his legal guardian. The two are known to get along well and Louis tends to act as a tertiary parental figure for him.

- Gaspard's umbreons are named after pioneers in evolutionary theory. Save for Lamarck (named for Jean Baptiste de Lamarck), they also take on colors of different types of eeveelutions despite being umbreons. Their color scheme is as follows:
