Hearts of Gold are Trainers and Pokémon with a certain Attribute. The main power of a Heart of Gold is super empathy comparable to that of classical Aurics (Whether they happen to be truly Aura sensitive or not) and the ability to manipulate others using Goldvoice. According to the Oblivia Beasts, the reason why Hearts of Gold were given super empathy was so that they would never put themselves above those they were sworn to protect.
