Kuroi Kiri was a Ghost Obscuric Aura Vampire [Japanese] nobleman who terrorized ancient Kanto. He drained from humans and Pokemon alike but in particular preyed on beautiful young people he seduced, killing them with a kiss. His reign of terror was ended by a warrior in red and her Metagross, but he was eventually reborn as a Haunter known as the Black Fog, who resumed his reign of terror. The warrior and her Metagross managed to seal the Haunter away, but sometime after the beast started reappearing far away in Kalos, and has been occasionally sighted there ever since.
