Personality
Liberty is happy, easy-going, and kind. He sometimes talks like an old man.
History
He was originally one of Channah's rarely-used mons during her Indigo League challenge. He survived their abrupt murder and spent most of his time afterwards in the PC, only coming out to occasionally train and evolve.
Liberty rejoined her team in 2017.
