Pies

Pies was a trainer who traveled with the J-Team in its early days. He attempted to create a Legendary Pokémon and created some shenanigens involving his Gastly pretending to be Missingno in order to do so. He was imprisoned for this and his Pokemon were released. He has an especially strong bond with his Fearow, referring to him as his "soul brother."
