Rotor is Tagg's male Excadrill, and the last member to join his new Unova team after Tagg convinced him following beating him in a battle.

Personality

Rotor is fairly stoic like Fenrir, though at times he can lack tact, as when he asked Tagg if it was okay to go devour Edge's remains.
