An iteration over the old forum's [spectrum] code. Colourizes some text as if it was Spectrum speaking. The rainbow effect distributes colours according to the length of the text, so for very short words the effect can be somewhat jarring.
Usage:
Type {{spectrumize|Hello World!}}.
Get Hello World! in response.
