Velvet is Poppy's Froslass, and the seventeenth she acquired during the Paldea Arc.
Personality
Velvet's just about a tough nut to crack as much as Shadow, one of her allies. She doesn't ally with anyone easily; all the bonds she has forged come from a place of shared hardship, trust, and strength. Some of Poppy's Pokemon even claim that she's never laughed once in her entire life. Whether that's true or not is a mystery, but she does act just a tiny bit warmer to her allies.
