This page deals with an out of universe or otherwise meta aspect of the RP.
The Tone Essay is one of WAAPT's required readings for joining, dealing with the tone the RP is supposed to maintain. We have two versions:
- The In-Character Tone Essay goes over what is expected tone-wise in a more in-character way.
- The Meta Tone Essay goes over what is expected in a way more akin to the Content Essay.
While you only need to have read one of these versions in order to join, reading both can help you be more well-rounded in what is expected of you. As for what can happen if the terms of this essay or the Content Essay are violated, see here.
