The Counselor is an agent of The School who acts as a therapist for the School's subjects, as well as a liaison with governments and other influential organisations. He is a monotonous, unassuming man in a dark suit, yet can be threatening and manipulative when the situation demands. He was responsible for the release of Lucille Cain from Blackgate Asylum and subconsciously influencing her to infiltrate Team Iron.
