The Mooglesguard is a group of seven Fairy type Pokémon that serve under King Moggle Mog XII and was introduced in the Kalos Arc. Like King Moggle Mog XII, the Mooglesguard is based on characters in a boss fight in Final Fantasy XIV.
The Mooglesguard's ranks include:
- Whiskerwall Kupdi Koop: A chivalrous Snubbull themed after the Gladiator class/ job in Final Fantasy XIV.
- Pukla Puki the Pomburner: An easily flustered Ralts themed after the Black Mage class/ job in Final Fantasy XIV.
- Pukna Pako the Tailturner: A cowardly Klefki themed after the Thief class/ job in Final Fantasy series.
