A passerby NPC that handed Jane a Pokédex and some Poké Balls with the words "It's dangerous to go alone, take these" while she was in Nacrene City. These Poké Balls contained a Mandibuzz, a Blitzle, a Scraggy, A Frillish, and An Elgyem.
