-Jeff is a 16 year old trainer from Hoenn. He had general {{bp|Psychic}} abilities, though these were limited by his inexperience and got nerfed to just telepathy, preserving his understanding of [[Monese]]. His father was brought to insanity and eventually suicide due to a member of Meme's family. He is a PEFE researcher-in-training (1 of 3 required tests completed, though part of it was off-screen due to time constraints with Silent). He is also sometimes known as Sixth, his primary online pseudonym (this came about due to other players used to calling the player Sixth calling the character such, and the player just rolling with it). He is learning (slowly) to play the trumpet, the rent-to-own purchase of the instrument having hit his bank account rather hard during the [[PMD Returns Arc]], causing him to worry about his future job plans once he finds out.
