Name Basis
Lakitu is named after an enemy in the Mario series that flies around on a cloud.
Personality
Lakitu is a sweet mon that usually gets along well with others.

History
Lakitu met Fortis in her Swablu form, where he was disguised as a cloud. After Fortis saw through the disguise with Salamence's help, he followed her team of his own accord, and has been doing so ever since. Technically, he has not been caught yet.
Relationships
Lakitu is in love with Fortis, or at least her Swablu form, though Fortis does not realize this at present. Though he was concerned when he saw Fortis become human again, she quickly reassured him that she still liked him.
