The Magikarp Salesman is a powerful demon, and the ultimate enemy of OLD MAN, making him most likely among the greatest evils in the world of WAAPT. He takes the form of a Magikarp Salesman in order to avoid OLD Man's attention, as he would likely easily destroy him.
