Mooglesguard

The Mooglesguard is a group of seven Fairy type Pokémon that serve under King Moggle Mog XII and was introduced in the Kalos Arc. Like King Moggle Mog XII, the Mooglesguard is based on characters in a boss fight in Final Fantasy XIV.

The Mooglesguard's ranks include:

• Whiskerwall Kupdi Koop: A chivalrous Snubbull themed after the Gladiator class/ job in Final Fantasy XIV.
• Pukla Puki the Pomburner: An easily flustered Ralts themed after the Black Mage class/ job in Final Fantasy XIV.
• Pukna Pako the Tailturner: A cowardly Klefki themed after the Thief class/ job in Final Fantasy series.
• Furryfoot Kupli Kipp: A stern, yet matronly Floette themed after the White Mage class/ job in Final Fantasy XIV.
• Puksi Piko the Shaggysong: An easygoing Clefairy themed after the Bard class/ job in Final Fantasy XIV.
• Woolywart Kupqu Kogi: An over-eager Togepi themed after the Archer class/ job in Final Fantasy XIV.
• Ruffletuft Kupta Kapa: A boisterous Mawile themed after the Marauder class/ job in Final Fantasy XIV.

Trivia

• The Mooglesguard and King Moggle Mog XII are extremely weak, as they are able to be brought to near KO condition - or out right KOed - with a single weakened, not very effective attack.
• The term "Mooglesguard" can also refer to King Moggle Mog XII and the Mooglesguard collectively.
