Echo (Real name Leng Qiu) is the leader of the Illusion Project.

Biography
Echo has seen the pain, the suffering, the cruelty, and the stupidity in the world, and has lost faith in humanity. She created the Illusion Project to find a way to right these wrongs on a massive scale. Not much is known about her or her methods, but they're aimed to minimize conflict.
Appearance
Echo's age is uncertain, but she seems to be in her late teens to her early twenties. She wears clothes specifically chosen to make her seem ordinary. She has short black hair and deep brown eyes. She wears a necklace with what seems to be an opal in it.
