Francis Moor is a Water Monotyper from Unova, and the Nega-Counterpart of Lane Heiden.
History
Francis' family once ran a decently sized business in Castelia City. That is, until it was bought out by the Heiden family. His family, distraught, never spoke much about it...but Francis found out. He said he'd get back at them for ruining his family's livelihood. It was around this time he met Lane, the Heiden's youngest son...the boy irked him.
After they met again, Francis decided the first step would be to make this...Lane...miserable...ruin his life as his family had ruined his.
Looks
In opposite to Lane, Francis wears mostly blue, to match his hair. He also has olive colored eyes and glasses.-
