The Miltank Legion is a political faction comprised of various species in central and northern Johto by the time of PMD-B. They rule from Olivine and the "canon" Johto frontier to the west, to Phoenix Landing (past Ecruteak), and then from the north to the Lake of Rage.
Their symbol is the Miltank and they were born from attempts to join central Johto into one unified rule after Icelus's initial campaign.
This faction also has some presence in Almer, where it bickers against the Indigo League faction.
