Blitzwing is a Hydreigon who is an NPC controlled by Reuknighted.
Personality
He has 3 personalities which alternate with his mood.
Icy: Despite being a Hydreigon, he can be surprisingly calm and well-spoken in this state/personality. He also has a tendency to use Ice/Dragon-type moves and/or Special moves.
Hothead: He is extremely irritable and aggressive in this state/personality. He mainly uses Fire-type moves and/or Physical moves.
Random: Random is, well, random. He has a tendency to make puns and laugh. May or may not also have a slight awareness of the fourth wall. When it comes to moves, he uses either type of move.
Battle Strategy
