Terrifying Presence is an Aura power discovered by Tagg sometime in-between the firse battle with Nihilist!Tagg and the Hoenn arc. It works by transmitting feelings of pure terror into a person or mon's mind, and can be performed by either speaking or merely glaring, which is signified by evil:evil text. However, as was the case with Ryklys, beings with high willpower can shake off its effects.
