The Monfication Bombs were weapons created by Vallok of the Seven Jerk Dragons in order to transform the human population of the Earth into Pokémon and facilitate draconic domination, reverse-engineering the Alakagross golem Numidium to do so. Upon their activation, they'd turn every human within a city's radius into mons, and left a fallout effect that caused anything that entered their zone to become Pokémon as well, even 600 years later within the PMD-B timeline.
