Vee is Megan's Vaporeon, her second mon, who she met around ten years before she joined the J-Team.

Personality

Vee is a proud mon, intensely loyal to those she cares about and extremely driven to ensure their well-being. She is perhaps surprisingly self-aware, speaking freely of a number of her faults (at least those she perceives), and offering frank advice on much of the same.

She typically presents herself as fairly relaxed, with a teasing lightness and a fondness for a well-timed pun, as well as an occasionally rather morbid sense of humor. This is genuine, but a good deal of intensity lies beneath, with more than a slight vengeful streak that comes to light in the event that something threatens or harms those she cares about.

Details

  • Birthday: Unknown, celebrated [Pippy's birthday].
  • Age: 10
  • Met: Backlot Mansion, technically, but also Megan's House, Pastoria City (Eevee)
  • Ability: Water Absorb
  • Ball: Poké Ball

Battle Strategy

Vee has a fairly aggressive battle style typically, preferring to press the advantage when she isn't trying to defend or protect someone or something (such as Megan). With Megan, she has developed an extensive repertoire of combination techniques and move variations to employ in battle and elsewhere. She operates best with some space, and perhaps a barrier (likely made of water or one of her teammates), between her and her opponents, but she has a few tail-slam attacks if she needs to fight at close range.

Her fighting style frequently makes use of the Vaporeon ability to turn into water, dampening physical blows and, recently, allowing her to take virtually any such attack without incurring permanent harm.

She uses Aqua Ring and Whirlpool as her primary water-manipulation moves, the former for gentler or more defensive direction of water and the latter for offense. This often takes forms aside from the typical circular spinning motion, bending existing flow and, in the case of Whirlpool, producing streams of "clingy" water that wrap around opponents and thrash them about. Additionally, in the case that she has a large volume of water suspended in an Aqua Ring, she may call streams of it into herself to restore her health and energy and remain standing.
