Victor Moreau
A prodigy in the scientific space, Victor rose through the ranks of science from a startlingly young age at a rapid pace... but not by doing anything good. He has studied and worked with human and Pokemon genomes extensively, eventually hoping to render Pokemon obsolete by enhancing humanity, but is not above experimenting on either. His early work was with Pokefutuires (where among other things he aided with the creation of the Scythermen and created Coil and Iris), but he was willing to "borrow" work from other organizations, including The School. In fact, he was so fascinated by the School that after PEFE sank Pokefutures he up and joined them.
His mons are either oblivious to his goals, in denial, or simply think they can one-up him.
