Ivan Losken is a Psychic trainer from Sinnoh who works with the Geographic Society who focuses more on healing than hurting with his powers.
Biography
Ivan and his father lived alone in a small house on a hill. Ivan kept to himself, learning to heal people and pokemon alike while his father was basically insane and constantly engaged in hijinks, which ruined Ivan's chances of a happy childhood. Come age 18, Ivan left home to heal survivors in the aftermath of a Mobius attack on Lumiose City.
Ivan met Jean near the Lumiose Museum of Natural History, where Ivan nearly drained himself healing Daguerre. This sparked a long relationship with Jean becoming some sort of a father figure / role model for Ivan. Through Jean, he was introduced to Tommy, who would later become his superior when Ivan started a paid internship at the Geographic Society.
On his first reporting mission at GeoSoc, Ivan would search a haunted hotel and go through an abandoned room where Hal Lazarus, notable artist, was trapped in a state between human spirit and ghost Pokémon due to unfinished business. Ivan would finish a painting for him and be compensated handsomely as it was sold in an auction. Hal decided to tag along as one of his pokémon.
Ivan was later kidnapped by his father, Isaac, who bound him in the basement until his rescue by Jean and Thierry, who arrested Isaac with the help from a gadget that Dave Riley bestowed begrudgingly upon him, the Aura Jammer headphones.

Ivan is a compassionate soul who hates to see people or pokémon in pain. He has serious daddy issues which stem from his father's role as an insane psychic clown. Ivan is a bit paranoid and pessimistic due to his
Relationships
Ivan is good friends with both Jean and Tommy. He has a rivalry with Dave Riley, and clashes whenever the two seem to meet in person, which is surprisingly common. Ivan works as an intern at the Geographic Society and has interacted faintly with Jonathan Halliburton on occasion.
