Claudus is a very old and revered Luxray that lives in the wild lands in the Alternate Timeline known as Firuzland and commands a Shinx pride there.
His NPC handler is VeniaSilente.
In the AU
He first appears coming from his faraway land to a council of various Pokémon near Celebi's home in Arboville. While the others discuss about the tense situations they have noticed, Claudus suggests to seek for rumors and trails of specific behaviours among the populace that might signal an uprising. While well attuned, his advise comes too late as only shortly after the Seven Dragon Clans rise and invade the entire world.
