Sickle is Ammy's Scyther. She was caught as part of a time-displaced Bug Catching Contest, earning Ammy the second place; when Ammy felt like BURNing everything, the judges gave her an Everstone as well.
Sickle becomes Ammy's Starter Pokémon.
