Once a member of Team Galactic, Horatio became jaded with the cause shortly after DS kicked his ass and Cyrus went loco and fucked off to Unova to train at the Village Of Dragons and become a Dragon Tamer, before returning years later to Sinnoh. Horatio is serious and straightlaced but his old brainless Grunt-ness resurfaces not inoften.
