Fortis, or more accurately, Fortissimo Morendo, is the youngest of the four Morendo siblings. She is just starting her Pokémon journey. Like her siblings Mezzo and Pianis, she plans to specialize in a specific type; for her, Flying types.

Appearance
In contrast to her sister, Fortis loves dresses, hair ribbons, and other stereotypically "girly" attire. She also keeps her hair in a pair of pigtails for this reason.
Personality
Fortis is easily excitable and tends to talk a lot. She loves cute things and will hug any cute Pokémon she finds. She is also still very new to being a trainer, and is very naive and inexperienced in that regard.
Relationships
Fortis and Salamence adore each other, and are rarely seen apart. Fortis always refers to her as "miss cotton bird".
Fortis is also quickly becoming friends with Amber.

- Fortis and Katie were the youngest secondary PCs until Amber arrived, both being only 10 years old when they joined. In addition, both entered the RP with only their starter Pokémon.
- Of the four Morendo siblings, Fortis is probably the closest in personality to her parents.
- Fortis loves Pokémon Musicals, and her parents used to take her to them all the time.
- Felis strongly dislikes Fortis, but would never attempt to harm her beyond weak scratches and bites, as he knows that Mezzo is protective of her little sister.
- Mercury was introduced to the RP in the AU arc, long before Fortis herself showed up.
- Though she has participated in two arcs before, Fortis had yet to fight a true battle against another trainer until she met Matthew in Violet City.
- Despite being a complete novice, Fortis has not yet lost a battle against another trainer.
- Fortis owns more Pokémon than any of her siblings, despite her having spent the least amount of time as a trainer.
