Name Basis: Named for Luigi Galvani, Italian inventor and physicist.
Dune's starter Pokémon, Galvani was found near death after an ill fated attempt to connect to Phenac City's power grid. Although he healed to almost full physical health, he lost the ability to vocalize properly and has since communicated in beeps and whistles.
