Alto is a female jigglypuff belonging to Mary
Nicknamed 'Madam Alto'. Alto sports a white cloche with a red ribbon around it's brim. She is a power hungry pokemon that secretly wants to rule the skies specifically. In spite of this fact, she is actually afraid of bird pokemon. She is the best singer on Mary's team, able to use her voice and hypnotic eyes in a myriad of ways. Her ability is Friend Guard.
