The Miltank Legion is a political faction comprised of various species in center and northern Johto by the time of PEFE-B. They rule from Olivine and the "canon" Johto frontier to the west, to Phoenix Landing (past Ecruteak), then to the north to the Lake of Rage.
Their symbol is the Miltank and they were born from attempts to join centerland Johto into one unified rule after Icelus's initial campaign.
This faction has some presence in Alto Mare, where it (probably?) bickers against the Indigo League faction.
